Safety Protocol
Safety is not just a rule, it’s our responsibility. Every team member plays a vital role in ensuring a hazard-free workplace.
At JADIN, safety isn’t just a requirement —it’s a core value woven into every stage of our work. From design and engineering to fabrication, supply, and installation, we are committed to creating a work environment where every employee, contractor, and stakeholder is protected. Our robust safety program reflects the precision and quality that defines our steel fabrication and contracting services. We emphasize the importance of workplace safety by adhering to essential safety procedures. All personnel are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, safety goggles, high-visibility clothing, and steel-toe boots. For elevated work, harnesses and fall protection systems are mandatory. Regular safety briefings and adherence to industry best practices help maintain a secure and efficient work environment
Quality Control
Every project we undertake is backed by a comprehensive quality assurance process that ensures all materials and work are up to code and industry standards
Material Verification:
Before fabrication, we ensure that all materials meet the required grade, size, and dimensional specifications according to project requirements.
Precision Cutting & Fabrication:
We follow strict cutting charts and fabrication procedures to guarantee accuracy and proper alignment in every component.
High-Standard Welding:
All welding processes comply with industry standards for thickness, strength, and penetration.
We ensure welds are free from spatters, cracks, and defects, maintaining a clean and smooth finish.
Welded joints are inspected to confirm proper fusion and structural integrity.
All welds greater than 3.0 mm (0.125 inch) thick are made in at least two passes

Pre-Galvanization Inspection & Cleaning:
Materials are thoroughly cleaned before galvanization to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
Post-Galvanization Inspection & Cleaning:
Inspections are conducted to verify that galvanized coatings are uniform, free of defects, and meet corrosion resistance standards.
